I’m passionate about seasonal soulful food. I work to honor the ingredients I have access to with creative intention, combining thoughtful flavors and textural experiences along the way. Quality ingredients are of the utmost importance in both my cooking and baking, as the finished product is always a reflection of both myself and the ingredients used. I am inspired constantly by nature, beauty in simplicity, art and my family.
